She has significant experience in domestic and international trademark and copyright matters, including clearance, registration, licensing and rights management. Davis has managed complex business litigation on a variety of issues, including theft of trade secrets, patent, trademark and copyright infringement, breach of contract, unfair competition and other business torts.
